trenching copper and fiber cables, installing manhole
and conduit systems, contract negotiation, office management.

35 years experience in commercial and government telecommunications
and broadband network, management of numerous contracts,
employees and subcontractors, certifications in various safety areas
as well as fiber splicing, termination and testing.

30 years experience in the voice and data communications
field including software development, network design and engineering,
hardware and software installation, cable plant design and implementation,
sales management, contract negotiations, marketing, business planning
and development.

30 years experience in telecom engineering and management.
Engineered and coordinated numerous government OSP construction projects,
developed an AutoCAD as-built records system for the U.S. Army, successfully
operated a communications and consulting company for 15 years, and proficient
in project analysis, field engineering, project drawing preparation, pre-construction
engineering coordination, and various other areas.

duct bank and aerial work.
